About Us

Our active life at Four Seasons revolves around our 22,000 square foot clubhouse. As seen above, Bocce, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard courts and an outdoor swimming pool are key amenities enjoyed by many. Inside the clubhouse’s right wing is a 190-seat capacity ballroom and table games rooms. The center hosts a billiard room, a well-stocked lending library, and a fitness center. The left wing features an indoor pool, locker rooms, and a puzzle exchange space.

We remain an “Active Adult “community because of our resident-volunteers who serve on our many committees and recreation type clubs that offer all residents the opportunity to contribute their  talents to improving Four Seasons at Smithville.
